The Scrappin' Patch Convention

Convention Registration Fees:
Weekend Crop Package -- Friday, 9 am - 1 am, Saturday, 9 am - 1 am, Sunday, 9 am - 5 pm - $65 for a 6'x30" table. Includes snacks and drinks daily.
Daily Crop Package -- Saturday, 9 am - 5 pm , Sunday, 9 am - 5 pm - $30 for half of an 8' round table to share with one scrapping buddy. Snacks and drinks provided.
Space is limited so registration will be available on a first come, first served basis. You will receive a confirmation once we have received your reservation information and payment. You are not registered until you receive that notification. Full payment is due at time of registration.
Refund Policy:
If you need to cancel and we are not able to fill your spot you will receive a refund in the form of a crop credit. If we have a waiting list and are able to fill your spot your registration fee will be refunded to you.
Helpful Hints
- If you will be attending the entire weekend, you do not have to tear down after each crop. Simply bring a sheet to cover your area when you will be away from your spot.
- All drinks need to be in a Scrap-ma-bob or cup holder that secures to the table. You may also sit your drink on the floor. NO DRINKS ALLOWED ON THE TABLE PLEASE.
- Be sure to dress in layers as we will not be able to adjust the temperature for everyone's preference.
- If you would like to bring a Cricut or other cutter, please bring an industrial extension cord. We will provide cord covers to keep the area safe. Due to space restrictions, no extra tables will be allowed to sit your cutter on. We recommend using a shelf (the kind you can get for shoes or the wire ones you can find in the kitchen section at Wal-Mart). There will also be a "Plug Your Bug Station" available for use.
- If you want to listen to music, please use headphones. The same rule applies if you are using a computer with the sound activated. We may provide music at random times to keep you all going :D
